The cottage
Protected by St. Paulinuskirche is our renovated country house "Alex" andra with a total of 150 m² living space close to the "Nette-Schieferpfad" in Welling near Mayen.
In the basement you will find: 1 large kitchen in light oak with a microwave and dishwasher, 1 living room in Warrings Salzburg style, 1 sofa bed with 200x90 cm cold foam topper, LED flat screen. Likewise 1 bedroom with a 120X200 cm bed. The bathroom with a wellness shower (flush with the floor) invites you to relax. The water-borne pellet stove with a glass pane in the hall warms the stairwell and, if necessary, also supports the central gas heating.
The first floor has 1 large bedroom with double bed 200x200 cm waxed in natural wood, 2 smaller bedrooms with single beds 200x100 cm and 1 large bathroom with balcony.
On the top floor in the so-called "Falkenhorst", which is also rented separately, there is a toilet, a room with a shower, sink and 1 single bed 200x90 cm.
The open living room with 2 large Velux swing windows with elec. Roller shutters follow.
A kitchen unit (large fridge, dishwasher, oven with ceramic hob, stainless steel sink, coffee maker, kettle, toaster), a dining table with 4 chairs, 1 sofa bed (with a cold foam topper 200x90 cm), large TV and 2 single beds (200x100 cm) complete the cozy living room from.
