CONSTRUCTION NOTICE
This home is in a growing neighborhood, with new homes being built above and below it, so you may hear or experience construction sounds from these neighboring properties during the hours of 7 am-8 pm.

PET POLICY
Our pet fee is $350/stay charged at check-out. The fee goes to the cleaner for the extra work required after a pet stays. Pets are strictly prohibited in beds, indoor or outdoor furniture, or spa facilities.
WEATHER
If you are planning a stay with us during snowy weather, we strongly recommend arriving in a 4WD vehicle with snow protection on wheels, as roads leading to the property may be icy during this time.
