Positive: I liked the position of my apartment, right in front of the pool, we were lucky and it was probably the best spot! The apartments are literally 5 minutes away from the village and beach, although the reception is up on the hill and takes about 15/20 minutes walk from the same location, we were lucky to make the discovery of the second street by ourselves, because at the reception they don't bother to explain. I liked the pillows, long and comfortable. The pool is small but never too full, it didn't look that many apartments were sold, at the end of July, that made it easier for the few families to relax to the available chaise longue!

Negative: Where to start! The service at the reception was shocking, luck of hospitality and knowledge, all services listed on booking were unavailable, no restaurant, no bar, no car rentals! I'm pretty sure the booking specified "tax included" but we had to pay an extra 38e at the desk! We arrived early and the guy at the desk allowed us to use a room next to the desk, to keep our bags and change in the toilet downstairs, the handle at the door was broken and very hard to open, although he had absolutely nothing to do, he didn't even offer to help! We asked him few information about shops and he told us that the first supermarket was 4miles away, it was just behind the apartments in front of the second exit, thankfully our front door was right positioned in front of it or we would have walk up the hill every day to get to the shops in the village! When we went back for the check in at 3pm, which by the way is pretty late considering that only departures apts receive cleaning service and the check out is a 10am, we were 10 minutes earlier and the man made us wait, when 3o'clock bang, another couple arrived and he played dumb pretending he didn't know who was first and let us discuss for the priority, like it wasn't his business! When I was finally checking in he then tried to be friendly, finally, but he was very confusing and only interested in telling us the opening time of the reception, never explained how check out work if you appen to leave when the reception is closed! I think to remember that 4 days a week the desk is open from 9 to 5, right when people are at the beach or busy enjoying their holidays! We had to find the number and book our taxi privately for the morning of departure! Now I'm not saying I'm not well able to do that, but then, why do they charge all that money when the service is so poor?
