Positive: Breakfast was not provided. The location was terrific.
Negative: There were no dish clothes for dishes or wiping up of benches - I did purchase some and left them for the next guests. There was a problem with the bed in the second bedroom, same level as master suite, the slats had moved so the mattress was quite uncomfortable. My son did fix it, but might pay to check the slats when changing the bed. The kitchen cupboards were a little grubby, but nothing a quick wipe didn't fix. You will need to replace the bin liners and paper towel for the next guests.
Summary: We had a lovely time, the weather was superb, the porch and grass area were just perfect.
