With only the sound of wind-moved palm trees, the waves at the beach and the the echo of sea birds you will find yourself completely taken away at this special bluff-top property.
The sweeping ocean views are unbeatable, only surpassed by whales, dolphins, pelicans and other sea life passing by.
The home is both comfortable and impressive. With views from every room, fine linens, comfortable beds, and fireplace you will want to plan your next trip on day-one.
The private back yard is complete with outdoor dining and living room furniture including a chaise. The yard is flanked by hedges, but not fenced. A small-bluff top path brings you as close as you can get to the sea without being on the beach.
Pets are permitted for a fee of $95.
Indoor or out you'll be in heaven with warm ocean breezes and the smell sea air.
The front garden is also very peaceful with Adirondack chairs and a shady spot perfect for napping, chatting, reading or working.
Two bedrooms include the master on the main floor with a Queen bed that steps to a bathroom with tub and shower. The second bedroom on the lower level (exterior entrance) includes a King, step to private half bath. This bedroom is conveniently located on the same level as the outdoor dining, living room and outdoor shower.
The kitchen boasts sweeping ocean and wave views making cooking and cleaning less of a chore. The dining room has ample seating for six with ocean views. The bar top creates additional seating for a quick snack or a place for friends and relatives to keep you company while you cook.
The two car garage, which houses 2 stand-Up paddle boards and 2 bikes (helmets not included) provides easy and private entry into the home and space for bikes or other play toys you may bring along.

Summary: The home is situated on cul-de-sac in the West Mesa neighborhood in Santa Barbara, nearby to everything you could want (food, essentials, etc.) but also secluded enough that it feels like a getaway. There are parks within easy walks, and easier runs. The house is immaculate, comfortable and equipped with new appliances. It is thoughtfully laid-out. The totally unobstructed ocean-views are stunning. There is a big patio on the upper floor, and a garden patio on the lower level. These significantly extend the living/relaxing/playing space. Everyone in our family loved staying there.
