Positive: Good quality fixtures and fittings. Well equipped. Comfortable bed.

Negative: Superficially clean, but shower needs attention. Oven unusable. Poor task lighting. Lights under kitchen cupboards not working. One of cooker hood lights didn't work and the other so dirty it didn't serve any purpose.
