Summary: I stayed at this hotel twice during my last trip to Colombia, and it was an excellent experience. On both occasions, the front desk staff were incredibly kind and helpful, assisting me with everything I needed. They were very sweet with my baby and helped me get hot water for her bottles. The food at the café on the first floor is amazing!!!!!! The girls at the café were always wonderful and incredibly kind. The rooms are beautiful!!!!! Extremely comfortable. At all times, they were so thoughtful and attentive. I even made a mistake with my second reservation, and they helped me right away. I am very grateful, I would highly recommend this hotel and would come back a thousand times.
