Summary: The location is great…easy to walk to the Garden District and the French Quarter. The hot water ran out after just one us taking a shower several times. They tried to fix it and it got a bit better. There are some minor things that could be better. Providing coffee would have been nice and there needs to be a towel bar in the bathroom for hanging a hand towel. The rooms are dark and quiet which is good. Forbidden Pizza next door is delicious.
