Summary: We stayed two months at this lovely home. It is clean and very well equipped. Received a welcome email prior to arrival with code for front door, wifi password and minimal other information. The wifi password was not current and There was no "welcome" manual with further instructions on the house, locking the house, TV use, pool maintenance, garbage collection etc. A manual would have reduced the number of inquiries we had to make with property manager. She was very professional and generally helpful but not always timely in follow up or responses--reported difficulties with her phone which we know can happen. The location is great and neighorhood quiet. Didn't rate that a 5 because of new build construction in neighborhood which necessitated dumpsters, porta potties etc which could not be avoided. Overall we had a very nice 2 1/2 months in this home. Highly recommend an information manual containing important information.
