This lovely apartment is part of a fine Edwardian building conveniently located in the heart of Southwold and just a stones throw away from the sandy beach, with its colourful beach huts and iconic pier.
It is a few steps away from the famous Adnams kitchen, cafe and wine store where you can purchase fine wines, Champagne and Adnams beer and enjoy a delicious lunch whilst sitting in the spacious courtyard.

Extractor fan, mirror and shaver point. Entertainment: Smart TV, Phillips music station WAS700, books, board games. Sony alarm clock/radio in both bedrooms, one with ipod/iphone dock. Outside: paved courtyard garden. Garden furniture. Bike storage (shared).
