Late check-outs without approval incur a $250 fee, and extra guests beyond the reservation count will be charged $50 per person, per night. For security, exterior camera (doorbell) monitors house rules compliance. Pets, smoking, parties, and events are not permitted, with a strict $500 fine for violations.
