Summary: On arrival at night the room we were allocated was infested with cockroaches. We went straight to reception first thing in the morning. They immediately put us in a different room above floor level. Entertainment at night was poor. The tambourine banging, martial arts fight/fire in a dish was so bad we laughed. New room was lovely. Food options for non all inclusive is extremely expensive. But it didn’t matter as the hotel is central to everything in Caleta. Staff were excellent all across the hotel.
