After a day in town, visiting the Biltmore, breweries, shopping or out on the trail, get comfortable and spread out in our clean, spacious home. Watch the 35-mile sunset view from one of your private decks. At night when you return from the Asheville restaurant and music scene, look out over the twinkling city lights! Weβre located up a good paved road just four minutes from a Blue Ridge Parkway exit, eight minutes from the Biltmore entrance, and eight minutes straight up I-240 to the town center, weβre as convenient a mountain top as youβll find anywhere. It will take you longer to park downtown than it does to drive there.
With 3,300 square feet we offer generous spaces for gathering with your friends or family. The driveway is flat with plenty of parking. All three mountain-facing bedrooms have King Beds, each has its own Full Bathroom, and each one has its own Deck or Stone Patio facing the sunset side. The three Kings provide full comfort for six. A full size Futon and a full size Sleeper Sofa are also in the house. For small children there are two Pack nβ Plays and a High Chair ready for them in the closet. Off the kitchen/dining side there is another large deck for gathering with a table, umbrella and chairs, Gas Grill, and Lounge Chairs. A second table and chairs are under a covered section also on the deck. Enjoy the morning sun with your coffee on the East deck.
You'll find everything you need in our fully equipped kitchen with quartz counter tops, stainless appliances, a Drip as well as a Keurig Coffee Maker, along with plenty of dishes, silverware, pots and pans. Outside there is a Jenn Aire propane grille and an extra tank of gas is always handy. We have 300mbs 5G free WIFI, Charter cable, Netflix, Hulu, and ESPN+, on the 55" Sony smart TV. The house has one Gas Fireplace in the dining area, and one Wood Fireplace with wood provided for a little romance or just some extra coziness in the lower family area.
If youβre in the mood for some relaxation weβre located right next door to Shoji Japanese Spa. While weβre not part of the Spa itβs easy to book a wonderful Hot Tub or a Massage. You can even walk down the hill in your bathrobe if you like.
