Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: The beds were super comfy and the decor is really attractive. Inclusions are hit-and-miss: e.g. we had 4 bath towels but only one hand-towel and no face washers ; the dishes are lovely and we made liberal use of the wine glasses because we only had two tumblers. The rural location so close to Byron Bay is a plus.
Negative: The open-plan allows no privacy, and the unfinished nature of the walls and floors means you hear Everything - inside and out. The stairs to the upper level are definitely NOT to code, and although we are ‘active elders’ we struggled with them.
