This cozy 2-story duplex is centrally located and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Only 4 miles from casinos and walking distance to McNeese State University campus. Enjoy modern amenities such as fully-equipped kitchen, open concept and comfortable living spaces and privacy that a hotel cannot offer.

Open-concept floor plan. Living room has a sleeper sofa couch and we have additional bedding in the closet upstairs if someone needs it as a bed.
YOUR PET
— Pet Policy —
You are welcome to bring your dogs on vacation, but they must be approved at the time of booking. The fee is $60, with a maximum of two dogs. (Dogs weighing 30 lbs. max) Note: your dog cannot disturb the neighbors. If your dog barks when you leave, you cannot leave the dog alone at the property. We want every guest to have a wonderful experience. Guests are responsible for any damages incurred.
If you bring a dog that wasn’t pre-approved and we grant approval, the fee will increase to $50 per day per dog.
NO CATS ALLOWED. An automatic $500 fine will be imposed, and you will be required to vacate the property immediately.
**Service Animals. Special note on service animals**: If you are bringing a service animal, the service animal cannot be left alone at the property and must be with you at all times. A service animal must not be:
Out of control
Un-housebroken

Both bedrooms are upstairs, each with ensuite bathrooms stocked with towels, full-size products, and blow dryer. Each bedroom has a TV with Netflix, streaming channels and WiFi.
