Positive: The location is great, near Campos (many supermarkets and cute town), and also near many sights like Santanyi, Colonia San Jordi.. beaches like Es Trenc and Mondrago are close by. The house is good, with a beautiful outside area, fully equiped kitchen, 3 rooms (only 1 bathroom), AC hot/cold in all rooms. And bikes which we used a lot to get around.
Negative: The living room area is very dark and the house can be quite cold during winter. It has a fireplace but it can take time to heat up.
