The hallway opens into a glorious and large open plan living area with a wonderful wood burning stove – as well as under floor heating – comfortable velvet sofa and window seat. There is a large 42″ TV with Blu-Ray/DVD player and music centre.
The kitchen is well-equipped with a dining with views of the garden.
There is a second sitting room/playroom with books, games and 40″ TV, which also has a wood burning stove.
Off the kitchen is a utility room plus a cloaks/WC.
Leading from the kitchen is a west-facing terrace with table and chairs for al fresco dining and a charming, enclosed garden with lawned area.
On the first floor is a large master bedroom with fitted wardrobes, cheval mirror and an en-suite bathroom with fabulous double basin and a shower over the bath, WC and hand wash basin. (This bathroom is a 'Jack and Jill', with a second door so it doubles as a house bathroom).
There are two more double bedrooms with one having a en-suite shower room with a shower, WC and a double-size basin with a 'waterfall' tap.
The garden is enclosed with a terrace, hot tub, table and seating plus a lawn and well-stocked borders.
The owners provide a 'meet and greet' service with wonderful fresh-from-the-oven homemade baking to welcome you and in the summer, a basket of vegetables from their garden!
