Far from the maddening crowd, the area is an ideal hiking and picnicking area and wildlife refuge, and is exceptionally well suited for cross country skiing. Horseback riding, fishing, golf, downhill skiing, quaint country auctions, antique and specialty shops are all within easy driving distance.
