Positive: The location is amazing and the facilities are great.
Negative: Poor maintenance in rooms and general facilities, swimming pools were not clean regulatly and even chemicals were left without dilution. Some rooms have been refurbished. However, this information is not shared. Only one room for handicap is available, and they forced you to upgrade if you need the room.. The service is mediocre and inconsistent in housekeeping, beach and swimming pools, and restaurants. It is a shame, as the place could be amazing with the proper management.
