Positive: Spacious house and well equipped kitchen.

Negative: Uncomfortable beds, chairs and table in dinnining room. It is also nearly impossible to seat outside in front of the house under the tree where the outside table is positioned, there are many birds on the three and the result is that birds poop on you and the table all the time. The owner could easily install some kind of protection over the table.
