It has one bedroom with a queen bed, big full kitchen, bathroom with a shower, an up very narrow stairs a tv/sitting room with a couch that can be made into a bed. Cable, WiFi, use of the hot tub on the propert, and a private parking space. We are in the heart of Downtown Montrose just across the street from our local coffee Shop and just a few doors down from the local home/Brew Pub.
