Positive: They offered a good price per night compared to other locations (after my first booking they increased their prices significantly)
Negative: i wasnt informed about the breakfast, when and where it would be served. After being told, the breakfast wasn't served everyday. The warm water doesnt work properly, some days it will work others days not. During my stay I have also experienced two days that the water wasnt working at all. The neighbourhood is noisy at night...there is a gasoline station close by where on the weekends there's a group standing there drinking and having a good time. If you are staying in the room close by to there, you will get to hear all of the sounds as the windows dont close properly. Depending on the guests staying, it can be noisy late at night, when they arrive drunk and screaming in the hallways as there is no person from management on location to keep order.
Summary: it is a fair price if you are flexible and do not mind inconveniences.
