Summary: Casa9 in Condesa is an exquisite boutique hotel, with great ambiance and all the comfort you could ask for, but most of all its staff is extraordinarily helpful and accommodating all our last minute requests. Roberto is a super host and manager. Without him we would not have had the unique and unforgettable experiences during this very busy season and he went out of his way to provide us with the best Day of the Dead experience one could dream. We are deeply grateful to him and the entire kind staff.
