BEDROOMS:
Casa Barlovento is a refreshing and spacious five-bedrooms Caribbean villa, with a private pool , located just steps away from Minitas Beach in the Casa de Campo Resort in La Romana. On the first floor, there are two rooms each featuring two queen sized beds , cable TV, dedicated bathroom, and a walk -in closet, providing a luxurious and comfortable stay. The third room on the first floor boast a king-sized bed , cable TV, and walk-in closet ensuring a restful and opulent retreat . Additionally, there is another master bedroom on the second floor with a king-sized bed, cable TV, and walk -in closet. The second floor also includes a children´s room with a three single beds, a TV, and a bathroom. All bedrooms are thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation.

HOUSE RULES A CASA BARLOVENTO :
1.- Welcome to the caribbean Retreat:
As an honored guest , we kindly ask you to review and respect our rules for an exceptional experience. I am here to assist with any questions you may have.
2.-Resort Fee:
The daily fee for Casa de Campo Resort (US$25.per adult , US$12.00 per child p/p per day) is not included in the price and is payable upon you arrival.
3.- Flexible arriving and exit time:
Feel free to adjust arrival and depature times with at least 24 hours notice. Your comfort is our priority.
4.- Maximum Occupancy : 11 persons
Casa Barlovento is rented for a maximum of 11 persons, including children. Please adhere to this limit. Failure to comply with this rule will unfortunately result in the termination of the contract.
5.-Guest Registration :
Kindly provide us with the names of your group at least 2 days in advance for smooth entery process .
6.- Harmonious sounds in a residential neighbordhood:
Casa Barlovento is set in a residential neighbordhood . Please maintain a peaceful and friendly environment, and note that parties and excessive noise are not permitted within the premise. Let´s ensure a serene atmosphere for everyone in this residential community.
7.- Prohibitions:
Drugs, prostitution and pornography are strictly prohibited. Please to uphold respectful armosphere.
8.- Privacy and Authorization:
The property is exclusive to those approved in the reservation . Any changes must be authorized.
9.- Energy Efficiency:
For extended stays ( 4 Weeks or more) energy consumption will be coordinated separately with the host for your comfort and convenience.
10.-No furry company:
While we love animals, we prefer to keep the property pet-free
11.- Gratuity for Staff:
Gratuity for Staff is not included but highly appreciated.
12. Pool Safety:
The pool is for your enjoyment, however there is no lifeguard . Please use it at your own risk.
13. Care for your temporary home:
Treat the property with care, turn off air conditioner when not needed, and avoid unnecessary damaged. Please note that towels and linens are for drying purposes only and should not be stained, soiled, or damage with food , grease , or other substances. Towels and linens should not be removed from the property. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated, ensuring a pleasent environment for all.
