Fantastic designer villa with private pool near the beach Casa Blanca is an exceptional designer villa situated in the elegant residential area of Conil Roche, only 150 m from the fabulous beach. It has very well thought out facilities: the ground floor is equipped with air conditioning (except one bedroom that faces to the north) and underfloor heating to guarantee a pleasant temperature throughout the whole year. The enormous panoramic windows of the lounge area are made of a special heat-reflecting glass. The layout of this Bauhaus-inspired building is mainly straight-lined with a very clever concept for the living area: by opening the large floor-to-ceiling sliding doors you can transform the living room and the exterior terrace into a single space of approximately 100m². The living room is furnished with a large corner sofa and a dining table for 8 people. Three impressive lamps hang down from the first floor ceiling and illuminate the table. The terrace is equipped with some irresistible lounge furniture and another dining table for 8. The swimming pool is protected by sliding gates which make it safe for small children without compromising the appealing aesthetics of an open space. The fully equipped kitchen is located in the rear part of the house and has access to another terrace. There are four bedrooms on the ground floor, two of them with an ensuite shower room and two share another bathroom. Kitchen and bathrooms are elegantly plastered in dark grey. The spacious master bedroom on the first floor is truly fantastic. It has a double bed from which you can see the ocean through a panoramic window. The bathroom with his and her sinks and shower is separated from the bedroom by a glass wall and offers a full view of the lovely garden. From the brick bench on the roof terrace you may view the breathtaking sunsets over the Atlantic Ocean while enjoying a sun downer.

Surrounded by pine forests, it is ideally located between a succession of secluded coves towards the lighthouse of Conil, and the endless soft beaches of La Barrosa towards Chiclana.Roche is a very tranquil most of the time, but becomes very lively in high season since most of the properties are holiday rentals. In the large communal area there is a small but well stocked supermarket, pharmacy, playground and pizzeria. There is also a public fitness park, free basketball courts and football fields, as well as tennis and paddle tennis courts which can be rented for a reasonable fee. The excellent restaurant El Timón with direct access to the beach is situated on the cliffs of Roche.The nearest banks and larger supermarkets are in El Colorado (6 km). Conil is approximately 8 km away 10-15minutes by car.
