Positive: The property is clean, newly decorated and quite well equipped. The beds were very comfortable. It has 2 single beds in one room and 1 double in another room. A/c worked well, both hot and cold modes. The layout of the house is quite unique but charming and practical with the terrance and pool at the living room kitchen level. The small pool was clean and completely private. There were lots of towels and linen available but we were just 2 people.
Negative: Unfortunately we couldn't sleep in the double room in the front of the house it was far too noisy, street noise and cars/bikes. The windows didn't do anything to isolate the noise. The private pool is great but the water was so cold, even in October, with no way to warm it, even a little bit. There was an issue on arrival accessing the house. The code we were emailed didn't work. We had to wait outside for 30mins for a new code. The staff were friendly and helpful but it was a slight annoyance to deal with on arrival. 83€ is a bit high for a cleaning charge.
