Positive: excellent location, convenience, easy & secure access & entry.
Negative: Unable to get the TV to work even after communicating with owner. Master bath toilet needs repair. (Float gets stuck so tank will not fill properly). Neighbor’s dog barked incessantly every morning at 5AM.
