Summary: The place was spotless. Clean, quiet. Only thing was the first night, we had difficulties sleeping. The bed was uncomfortable. We we sinking in. We didn't check the bed out until the next morning. The box spring was placed the wrong side up. We managed to fix the problem ourselves. We did contact customer service to let them know.
