2 Bedroom House in Ispica
As the first part of an overall restructuring plan of an old farmhouse, we have created two distinct accommodations that offer as holiday homes, one of which is the subject of this announcement, and another is the subject of a separate announcement.
Although located just four minutes drive from the sea, this house is nestled in the countryside, and then is a destination recommended for those who, though loving the sea and the beach, want to avoid at least from time to time the noise and confusion that traditionally are found in seaside resorts (it is no coincidence that we have chosen the name "Serene Sea").
Also, you can pair to a beach holiday, a visit to the baroque pearl of southeast Sicily.
The accommodation consists of three rooms and a bathroom.
The bedroom is large and well equipped with a large double bed with side tables, a big wardrobe with three mirrored doors, and a large dresser with six drawers. On request, it can be added a cot-bed.
In a small room, it was built a second bedroom, a closet that houses single-leaf, a single bed and a bedside table
A 24 sqm living room-kitchen is equipped with a wall designed as kitchen, which includes in addition to the refrigerator, oven, stove, sink, a chest of drawers and doors.
Other furniture of the room items include a table for six people, chairs, a cabinet and a sofa double bed, and in doing so the property can accommodate up to a maximum of five adults.
The bathroom includes a sink, vase, bidet and shower cubicle.
The accommodation is equipped with all comforts, listed separately, and has just been completely renovated.
I would here recall the air conditioning and the satellite TV, particularly useful for people coming from abroad.
Teh lodge is also equipped with WIFI 24h/24, included in the price.
As well as countless other places of architectural and natural interest, is particularly easy to visit the four most important cities of the Baroque, Noto which is 25 kilometers, 25 kilometers Modica, Scicli 30 km, Ragusa which is located in 40 km, so all within a half hour or so by car.
