This very open and airy home from Cape Coral Vacation Rental in the Yacht Club area was built in 2000 and is in model condition! Guests will find a spacious residence with 3 bedrooms (1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Twin beds), 2.5 baths, an electrically heated pool, and an outstanding location on a sailboat canal just a short distance from the river. Enjoy breakfast in the morning sun on the east facing patio. The furniture was carefully selected and the entire home shows pride of ownership. A wonderful place to spend your Florida vacation! The office can't be used - it is locked!
Electric fee is included up to USD 10.00 per day - after that we charge USD 0.20 per kWh for the electric usage. Please pay the amount due at the check-out.
