Positive: Excellent value for money. Phoebe's home is clean, comfortable, and well equipped. She provided excellent and clear instructions the day prior to arrival for everything needed in her home including where to park, lockbox code, and wifi access. We got a takeaway from a local Indian restaurant for dinner that we were able to walk to and came back to watch David Attenborough's A Secret Garden on a giant television in the living room - just perfect!
Summary: Excellent value for money for a one-night stay!
