The space:
Split level, with the primary bedroom and bathroom tucked away up a half-flight of stairs for privacy and separation, and the second bed/bath off the living room. Primary bedroom has a queen bed, large dresser, accent chair, and desk with quality office chair for work or study. Large bathroom alongside the bedroom. The bedroom also has a walk-in closet and room-darkening curtains. The second bedroom has a queen bed, dresser, and desk, as well as a very small en suite full bathroom with shower.

Wall mounted smart TV in the dining/family room with all the streaming apps (please use guest profiles) faces a comfy loveseat. If more than two people wish to watch the TV, it is also viewable from the dinette or you can bring the accent chair over from the adjoining living room.

The kitchen has all new appliances: refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, and full sized washer and dryer. There's a keurig single cup coffee maker (please only use clean cups to fill the one-cup reservoir), electric kettle, and toaster oven as well. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots/pans, silverware, ice trays, knife block, salt & pepper grinders, etc.
