Guest Access:
This townhouse is located in the same building as a restaurant but you will have your own private entrance and space so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home. There are about 20 stairs that you will have to walk up to get to the unit- there are no elevators in the building.

We're in the heart of the historic district and most destinations are walkable. If you prefer to drive, street parking and parking garages are readily available. If you prefer to ride we suggest you try the Dot's free shuttle that comes every 10 minutes and will tour you around all of Historic Downtown.

This home is not pet friendly due to severe allergies. For guests with service dogs who cannot find other accommodations, please let us know ahead of time so that we can mark it on your booking. We may ask: (1) is the dog a service animal required because of a disability, and (2) what work or task has the dog been trained to perform. Please also be aware that while we do not require a pet fee for service dogs upfront, if the service dog in question is not properly potty trained we may require a fee to be paid for carpet or furniture cleaning afterwards.
No Smoking Inside
Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in odor removal and furniture cleaning fees of $500.
No Parties
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.
Doorbell Camera
This home does have a doorbell camera for security reasons. There are no cameras inside of the home.
Parking Passes
We do provide 2 parking passes for our guests. Please return the parking pass to the kitchen counter when you check out. Failure to do so will cause a $100 fee for us to replace to parking pass.
