Major highways accessible within a mile. We are just 17 miles northwest of midtown Manhattan. Close to all major highways. NYC train is .7 mile walk from the house and express bus is .4 mile walk.
Full access to house with exception of the garage and a few closets.

Please note this is our primary home and is full of family furniture. Please take care of it as you would your own.

We need the home to be completely animal free, which includes all pets and support animals. This is due to the documented extreme allergies of the owner, which pose a health and safety issue to them and could result in their death. The homeowner will not be able to enter the property without large amounts of dangerous coma-inducing allergy medication if any animals have been there. I hope you understand this ban, as this is an exception to the policy as to not discriminate against service animals unless a documented exception is provided.
