In the Purple Perigord, at the gates of Bergerac, its shops and activities, in the heart of the famous Pécharmant vineyard, Le clos des Pélissous is a charming and characterful farmhouse for 12 people (two communicating accommodations on the ground floor).
Dating back more than 200 years, the property was completely renovated in 2021 and is located in the centre of a hamlet of 3 typical Périgourdine stone buildings in a park of more than 2 hectares (the other two buildings in the hamlet are another 8-person rental with a private swimming pool and the owners' house). The buildings are independent of each other and the privacy of the occupants is protected.
A large heated swimming pool welcomes you from the beginning of May to the end of September for a moment of relaxation after your trip or a day of discovery of our beautiful region.

Outside on the terrace you have a garden lounge and a dining table for 6 and in the garden another lounge will welcome you under the coolness of the big hundred year old trees and a big table will allow you to take common meals (12 people).
In the hamlet, you can relax by playing table tennis, pétanque or by taking advantage of the spa (extra charge and on reservation).

DESCRIPTION: Access and Spaces
The building is on three levels at the back to the north (one level for services and storage and two levels for living) and on two levels at the front to the south (garden/pool).
You can enter the accommodation independently either from the terrace (accessed by stairs from the car park - area 2) or from the front garden (4 steps - area 1).
If you choose to enter from the front of the building, you will find yourself in front of 3 French windows.
The first window door opens onto the entrance and the staircase leading to the first group of rooms on the first floor (2 communicating rooms and another room opposite). This entrance also opens onto the main room of space N° 1 and has a toilet.
A second French window gives direct access to the main room, a vast first living/dining room (60m2) where you can have your meals together. You will also have a first kitchen partially open on this living room and fully equipped (space N°1)
Still on the front of the building, the third French window gives access to a bedroom on the garden level, independent and with its own sanitary facilities (private shower and WC).
From this first living room, you can access the second living room and the second kitchen, also fully equipped and open (50m2 kitchen and living room, space n° 2). The communication between the two spaces 1 and 2 is done on the ground floor. There is no communication on the first floor between the two spaces.
A separate toilet is also located in the second living room.
In this second living room is also the staircase that gives access to the last 2 bedrooms (2 bedrooms facing each other).
The large south-west facing terrace is accessible from this second lounge.
