The gîte La Seigneurie, 105m² is located in the heart of the charming medieval village of Châteauneuf-en-Auxois and opposite the Château. It is on the 2nd floor of an 18th century residence and is ideal for 4 people.
The spacious living room is composed of a lounge/living room with an open equipped kitchen. (dishwasher, fridge, wine cellar, Nespresso, ...) Lounge area with flat screen TV.
2 bedrooms, one with a 140x190cm bed and the other, sublime by its ceiling height and beams offers a double bed 160x200cm. Floor tiles, lovely view of the Château.
And to top off this comfort, you will access (by a few steps) an extraordinary bathroom, in Burgundy stone. Bathtub, double Italian shower, double sink and separate toilet.
The combination of noble materials such as wood, Burgundy stone or even terracotta tiles and modernity make this accommodation unique.
Despite the layout of this atypical village, you can enjoy a small enclosed courtyard, shared with the 9-person gîte located below (garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue are available). Washing machine shared by both gîtes.
All-inclusive gîte: heating, electricity, towels, beds made on arrival and end-of-stay cleaning. Pets accepted (€8 per day with pet deposit: €200)
