Gite of 120 mยฒ on the ground floor + first floor with a living room, a lounge (with a sofa bed that can be used as an extra bed) with its wood stove, toilet and laundry room (with shower) on the ground floor. Upstairs, 3 bedrooms (3 double beds), separate toilet, large shower room. Central wood heating, carport. Roanne 30 minutes away, St-Etienne 1 hour away. Noirรฉtable and Villerest lake 20 minutes away, ideal for hiking or swimming. To make your stay even more comfortable, charges and sheets are included in your rental price. Gite located in the old farmhouse, with independent access, courtyard and private terrace (surroundings being finished in summer 2020). In the countryside just 1 km from the village and all its amenities. For your comfort, sheets are provided, as is wood for the stove. You will appreciate the terrace on the same level as the living room, facing south, or if you prefer shade, the old adjoining barn. The owner, a farmer (red label dairy and poultry farmer), will offer you a tour of his farm, to experience an unforgettable moment in contact with the animals.
