A bright and warm living room with a kitchen (electric oven, 4 gas burners, dishwasher, oven, microwave) opening onto a lounge (2 sofas and armchair, TV, internet) then a dining room raised by 2 steps. The bedroom “La Bambouseraie” with a 160 cm bed, then the bedroom “Campagne” with a 90 cm bed and a 140 cm bed and the bedroom “Terra Cotta” with a 140 cm bed. Each bedroom has a private bathroom/shower room and separate toilet. Laundry room with a washing machine and an extra fridge-freezer. A large, fenced-in space (1000 m²) offers the opportunity to enjoy meals on the terrace (plancha) in a relaxing cocoon, without overlooking the surroundings. Parking for up to three vehicles is available.
