Positive: There's a comfortable bed with four pillows, extra comforters, a space heater, purified water, in a very quiet, clean building with good security. The unit had good wifi and a nice TV that was easy to cast to from a phone. The counter was handy to set up for a laptop, and the coffee press with ground coffee provided was good. The location is great and there's an Ecobici station in front. The cafe downstairs for coffee and pastries was convenient.
Negative: The Nespresso machine did not come with pods and they are hard to find in nearby markets and the pot and pan had worn nonstick surfaces and should be replaced. (All the other kitchen utensils were excellent.) The unit was advertised as being on the "third" floor. For people coming from the States, it's actually on the 4th floor of a five story walk-up. This is best for people who travel light.
Summary: This is a nice basic unit in a great location for someone who is staying for a short time.
