Positive: I have a wonderful stay in this beautiful guess house. The owner is very friendly and welcoming, the whole family treat me like part of their family, always offer me coffee and sweat. Facilities well equipped, clean and comfy, very beautiful garden. Within 5 minutes walk to the lake. Best place I stay in Armenia, I will miss this place and family alot.
