Positive: The owner contacted us via WhatsApp and gave detailed instructions on how to get the keys and access to the public parking. The room was clean, and a couple of bottles of water were provided (which was very useful in the heat) and cards for breakfast at a nearby bar.

Negative: We felt cheated because the offer said private parking nearby - and it turned out to be a lie! The owner paid 1 day for our car so that we could park in a public(!) parking - but this is absolutely NOT what we wanted. I specifically looked for appartments with private parking so that I would not have to worry about the availability of a free parking space. I have no problem paying 5 euros per day for public parking - but in high season it is difficult to find a free space in the evening!!. In addition to this, the public parking is not close to the apartment, we had to carry our luggage 6-7 minutes to the apartment (~500m instead of 20m as was promised), because there was no way to park the car nearby even temporary. Also, the room was very damp, and only the air conditioner saved the situation a little :( Never again!
