Sugar Shack is conveniently located between Dunsborough and Busselton, only a short distance from Abbey/Vasse and the highway to Margaret River. Perfectly positioned to access all of the amazing attractions, shopping, restaurants and local markets beyond Dunsborough including the famed Busselton Jetty and beautiful Ludlow Tuart Forrest. Or roam a little further to the renowned wineries, restaurants and galleries; or wild and dramatic coastlines around the Cape.
Sugar Shack is the quintessential beach holiday house - spacious, comfortable and well appointed without being fussy and offers a space to spread out and to play and relax with the peace of mind of a fully fenced yard for children.
The upstairs living space with bar merges with the huge outdoor entertaining area, the perfect place for alfresco dining or superb late afternoon sundowner. With pool table, a spacious conversation zone and big screen TV for the perfect football afternoon with the views of the bay as your backdrop.
Downstairs comprises good size dining room with living space that accesses the rear outdoor area / yard.
The fully equipped kitchen offers dishwasher, 5 burner gas stovetop, double door fridge freezer and appliances, Nespresso coffee machine.

Immerse yourself in all the natural beauty of this area be it the parks and reserves; bush tracks and cycle paths; mountain bike tracks; and surf beaches, stunning rocky outcrops and coves on the cape side.
