4 Bedroom House in Greeneville

Our newly renovated guest house is in a quiet neighborhood where you can enjoy your coffee on the patio in the morning and wine in the evening. The kitchen is equipped to make meals and has a dining table that seats 6. The dining area opens to a patio with comfortable adirondack style chairs. Another dining table is also on the lower level.
The house is family friendly with a large family room on the lower level and access to a large yard. Smart TVs on both floors, games and toys for all ages. Minimum decor to worry about with little ones!
Only a mile from downtown, grocery stores, restaurants and area attractions. Ten minutes to Tusculum University.
All of the bedrooms, main bathroom, kitchen, living room and dining room are on the main floor. The main floor is accessible via
the front door without steps.
The lower level has a sleeper couch, futon, TV, kitchenette, full bathroom, laundry and great kid play space.
Plenty of white fluffy bath towels and comfy beds with high quality linens and pillows.
We allow our guests to adjust the temperature of the house during their stay too!
Only a mile from downtown, grocery stores, restaurants and area attractions. Ten minutes to Tusculum University. Eastern Tennessee day trips to Knoxville, Johnson City, Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, Asheville (NC) and Bristol are all easy to drive.
You will have access to the entire house. We have furnished the house to meet the comfort and needs of our family and friends so we hope you will enjoy it too!

Summary: Our family needed this home in a quick pinch. The hostess was very friendly and excellent to work with. Many places to stay are exactly as they have been advertised. This home is better than presented. It provides all the amenities a family needs and is very child friendly. It is exceptionally clean. Our family highly recommends this home as a spot to stay if you are in the Greeneville area.
