Positive: We always like the convenience of being close to the airport. Also the laundry place, sari sari store and the restaurant is great. Service is always great. The price is also good.

Negative: My toilet ran alot but they did fix it as soon as I asked them. Some of the backlighting in the rooms weren't working. Some bath fixtures were loose. The chair on the patio was broken. Not enough seating in the living room.
