Positive: There were several things I really liked about this property. The room had a full-length mirror, which is something surprisingly missing in many hotels. The sink was located outside the bathroom, making it much more convenient when multiple people are getting ready at the same time. The breakfast spread was excellent, with plenty of options to choose from each morning. The pool area was also a highlight, offering a relaxing atmosphere and great views. The location is another major advantage. It is situated right on Chaweng Street, making it easy to walk to restaurants, shops, nightlife, and the beach without needing transportation. Overall, the hotel's location, breakfast, pool area, and thoughtful room layout were definite positives during the stay.

Negative: The toilet in the room was not functioning properly, the flush was not working and there were quite a few mosquitoes in the room, which made it uncomfortable. The towels also had an unpleasant smell and did not feel fresh. The hotel's description can be misleading—it is not a true beachfront property. While the beach is accessible and within walking distance, it is not directly on the beach. At check-in, the hotel requires a 1,000 THB cash deposit. What was frustrating was that when I explained that I would exchange money shortly and provide the deposit afterward, the staff refused and instead insisted on holding my passport until the deposit was paid. Additionally, the Wi-Fi connection was unreliable and kept disconnecting throughout the stay.
