Our house is in the private residence Les Restanques du Golfe de Saint-Tropez. Our charming nicely renovated house will accommodate up to 8 people. It is in the heart of a 25-hectare Mediterranean landscaped park and hanging over the beautiful bay of St Tropez. The house is very well located with one direct neighbor only. The park is fenced, has 24/7 security and has a small shop for daily needs.
The house with modern/ Mediterranean décor consists of a living space of 115 sq. m with a large 550sq m of outdoor space and includes:
- a large shaded terrace,
- a second terrace on the upper floor
- a bright and spacious living room,
- a master bedroom with a king-size bed (180 cm) and own bathroom
- 2 bedrooms with a queen-size bed (160cm),
- 2 additional bathrooms (1 bathtub and 2 showers),
- a separate well-equipped kitchen (Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge, hotplates etc.)
- basement with washing machine and dryer.

In addition to the vast aquatic area of the residence, with its wave pool and slides, you will also be able to get to the fine sandy beach of Grimaud, also 6 min by car, or to Pampelonne beach at 20 min with its famous beach clubs like club 55. Furthermore the scenic mediaeval towns of Ramatuelle and Gassin are a 15 minutes’ drive away.
Lastly, the city of St Tropez with its famous harbor, shops and market is 10 km away. Saint Maxime is less then 9 km away.
