This is a completely remodeled cottage in the beautiful mountains of North Carolina. It is only 3 miles from downtown Old Fort. If you love biking, hiking, or just looking for a peaceful place to relax this is the house for you.
Our covered porch, back deck and fire pit offer great spots to enjoy the outdoors. The cottage offers 2 bedrooms, a large family room and dining
The property is half an acre with a large grass front yard and a bigger natural backyard surrounded by trees. It is a great spot to relax or for kids to play. There are 2 bedrooms, one with a king bed and one with a queen bed. Both have 42 inch TV’s.
The family room is large and has a queen sleeper sofa , 2 rocking recliners, an electric fireplace, 70 inch TV, and a work desk. We have provided games, puzzles, and sports equipment for your enjoyment.
Both bathrooms have showers and bathtubs.
The kitchen has all new appliances, dishwasher, dishes, and glassware. There is a washer and dryer for your use. The dining room has a table that seats 6.
The front porch is covered offering a great spot to star gaze. The back porch has a table for outdoor dining. The fire pit is the perfect spot for a quiet evening.
