Their passion for decoration can easily been detected here. Jackie's working for a big Hotel company and is in charge of the opening of new executive hotels in Europe. This said, you will understand that this villa is the perfect one for your vacation.**NOT included in our rental prices : Pool and spa heating. **Your safety and our team's safety are our top priority. *** Pool heaters are set to 86 prior to your arrival. The reached temperature will depend on the weather. Pool heaters run 12 hours during the day. No refund or compensation will be given if the pool heater does not work unless the guests paid for the heating of the pool and it is proven that there was a technical issue that created an inconvenience. The refund or compensation will never exceed the amount paid by the guest for the heating of the pool.

$1000 for stays of 29 nights or more.
The security deposit will be refunded after check-out, once our cleaning and inspection team confirms there are no issues reported.
Please allow 7–14 days for the refund to process, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Pool Heating (Optional):
Pool heating is available upon request for $35 + tax per day (7-day minimum).
For same-week requests, a $50 service activation fee applies.
Heating is available from 8 AM to 8 PM, and temperature may vary based on weather conditions.
Cancellation Policy:
