It is located within the Scottsdale gated community of Villa Antigua in a fantastic neighborhood, close to the canal, the greenbelt, Old Town and Fashion Square. The community offers a club house, two pools (one heated), spa and a tennis court. The non-heated pool is across from the unit.
This upper level condo has brand new luxurious carpeting, new blinds and all new furniture (mostly white, and all very contemporary). The balcony is cozy and private.
