There are two additional bedrooms, including a queen room with its own TV and a twin single room with another TV, alongside a second bathroom, separate toilet, and a fully equipped kitchen with open-plan dining and a cozy living area with a large TV.
Stay comfortable year-round with ducted air conditioning/heating, and enjoy the convenience of secure underground parking, laundry facilities, and a covered patio overlooking a fenced garden and pool.

We enjoy an excellent year-round climate with Queenslandโs northernmost surf beach at Agnes Water for surfing and beach activities.
Along the Bay at 1770 you can walk along the parklands and enjoy kayaking, fishing and paddle boarding.
It is a short walk to the variety of cafes & boutique shops in the Agnes Water shopping Village or walk down to the beautiful Agnes Water surf beach for a leisurely day along the water.
A vibrant Sunday market takes place every second weekend.
